How it works

One day with Stanley.

From the morning safety talk to the signed report, he handles the paper. These are real screens from the app — this is what a normal day looks like.

017:04 AM
The morning JHA on a phone: Stanley asks who is supervising today and offers the crew as tap answers

The safety talk, done.

Stanley asks the safety questions out loud. You tap or talk, your crew signs on the tablet, and the JHA is on file before the first bucket moves.

02All day
The daily report conversation on a phone: a delivery is said once and Stanley logs it

You just talk.

Deliveries, delays, hours, a photo of the trench. Say it once and he files it on the right line. Ask him anything about your own specs and he answers.

Signed and sent.

The daily report is complete. You check it, sign it, and it is in the office in seconds. Nothing to type, nothing to remember.

Back at the office

Every report lands in one place, the moment it is signed.

The office approves it, sends it back with a note, or files it. Every job, every day, every signature — kept, encrypted, and easy to find.

Live

Well, hello. I'm Stanley. I ran heavy civil jobs for 30 years, and now I run the paperwork here at BuilderStaff AI. Right now I'm connected to a sample construction company — its crew list, its machines, its cost codes, and its safety book. Ask me anything, show me a jobsite photo, or let's fill out a real report together — the gold buttons below build the PDF from this very conversation.

Live demo on fictional sample data. With BuilderStaff AI, Stanley answers from your own company records.
