Who can become a partner?
Anyone with real relationships in construction: an individual with contractor contacts, an association or nonprofit serving the industry, a supplier, insurer or consultant, a creator with a contractor audience, or a technology partner whose customers already build.
Do I have to sell anything?
No. You make the introduction. Our team runs the demo, the setup and the onboarding, and handles support afterwards. You are never expected to explain the product or negotiate a deal.
How do commissions work?
Partners earn a recurring commission on every company they refer for as long as that company stays on BuilderStaff. The current rates and payout terms come with your partner agreement when your application is approved.
How will I know my referral counted?
Each referral appears in your dashboard with its stage: introduced, in demo, signed and earning. When a company signs, it starts producing commission on your statement automatically.
Is there a cost to join?
No. Joining the BuilderStaff partner program is free, and there is no minimum number of introductions.
What happens after I apply?
The partner team reviews your application, then sends your partner agreement, your referral link and your dashboard access so you can start introducing contractors.
